you just feel it....your lower stomach feels weird like pressure and little pain like it bothers almost.... when you use the restroom some women get so pre discharge that sometimes are dark brown or light and some just get pimples in their face....there are many ways of feeling like you are about to get it like i said earlier you just know your body
when i get my period i have light brown or redish blood...then come the cramps
