Kinda grosse why do i get constipated before my period?

Answer:
it's NOT gross. if i don't get constipated before my cycle, i get constipated during my cycle. i've noticed that with myself also and here i am thinking i was alone with this matter! we might need to go see a doctor!

It could be what you're eating. A lot of lady's diet is affected by there period, and usually right before. You could take a stool softener ie: Colace, and this might help. See your doctor though, and see what he says
