I am PMSing and am very bloated and swollen feeling. I have a photo shoot in the morning and need to get rid of the bloat. Does anyone have any tips on how to slim down and lose all this water weight before tomorrow morning? Thank you so much for you help in advance..... have a good one!

Take some midol and drink water. If you are still a bit bloated for your shoot then suck it in baby! We've all had to do it... One thing that sucks about being a woman. I'm sure Cindy Crawford has been bloated for a few photo shoots but she's still beautiful in all her pictues... Good luck girly.

Drink water.................lots and lots of water.
Wrap your stomach, thighs, whatever in cellophane and ride a stationary bike for 45 minutes. It works!!!
take some midol or motrin or advil.
water pills,no salty foods.
Do yoga or other exercises, sweat the water off (or even sit in a steam room!) the exercise will help you tone up and relax your muscles
Drink plenty of water, take midol, and rest.. i have heard that if you do moderate excersise that will ease it up a little.
